Have your kids started school yet? Mine are on their third week. That means we have packed 40 lunches so far. (10 days x 4 lunches per day)
And guess what? I'm not overwhelmed yet! But only because I'm using two resources that help me so much.
The first is a weekly lunch planner. We fill it out on Sundays, knowing that we can change it and be flexible if we need to. It is simple and has a spot for each part of their lunch that should be included.
The second is a lunch guide. It has a formula for what should go in a balanced lunch and then ideas for each item.
I want each of you to have these on hand to help you with packing lunches! My kids are able to pack most of their lunches on their own using these two resources which takes a lot of pressure and stress off me.
